Skype rantings

So yeah, basically I'm annoyed as hell [and I'm not gonna take it anymore!] If only. I have an 11-hr lag on Skype is Evil now and it's really pissing me off... If you guys ever experience lag, feel free to try and PM me. Most of the time I'll be there, sometimes I won't be. That's basically what's gotta be done whenever the lag monster swallows our words, only to spew them forth from its bottomless gullet.

One question, how the hell does Skype work? My mum has it and as it's free to call her on it (my mum can talk for bloomin England!) I downloaded it and am confused as to how to work it. I would be calling her using a headset rather than the chat option (which also leaves me confuzzled).

The chat option is for like, textual communication, while the "call" button will actually call the person if s/he is on Skype. In the beginning, when I first downloaded it, I was super confused and really had no idea what I was doing. But, if you play around with the buttons, and just generally get familiar with the layout it gets a lot easier.

PS- Every wizard Rocker in the known universe should have my Skype. Because I hate being on with no one to talk to.
